Real EstateIn development with pilot agents

AgentDesk

A workflow and content workspace for solo real estate agents. Pipeline, listings, content drafting, and daily-task automation in one place — designed so the agent stays the publisher of everything.

Before

What the solo agent's week looked like before.

  • Pipeline lived in a CRM that charged for features the agent didn't use and hid the ones they needed — three subscriptions to keep track of one book of business.

  • Listing descriptions took an hour each — writing from scratch, second-guessing word choices, finally pasting something "good enough" into MLS.

  • Marketing content was its own separate workflow with its own separate tools — calendar in one app, drafts in another, scheduler in a third, none talking to each other.

  • Daily admin — mileage, follow-up reminders, vendor lists, CE hours, expense tracking — was a constant low-priority drain that always crowded out the actual revenue-producing work.

  • Every new "AI for agents" tool seemed to want to send messages on the agent's behalf, raising questions the agent didn't have time to investigate before signing up.

What we built

A single workspace shaped to a solo agent's actual workflow.

AgentDesk is the workspace the agent opens in the morning and works from until the day's over. Pipeline, contacts, listings, content drafting, transactions, mileage, vendors, knowledge base — one place, one login, one design language.

Content drafting uses AI to handle the blank-page problem: listing descriptions, social posts, newsletter drafts, neighbourhood pages. Each draft appears with two buttons — copy to clipboard and save to library. There is no send button. There is no publish button. The agent reviews, edits, and sends or publishes from whatever channel they use already.

The workflow modules are designed for the way solo agents actually work — quick updates between showings, drafts during dead time at the office, a Sunday rollup that prepares the week ahead. Mileage tracks itself once it's configured. Vendor lists, CE hours, and expense logs sit one click away instead of three.

The system is the agent's. The data is the agent's. AgentDesk supplies the tools and the structure; the agent stays the operator and the publisher of everything that leaves the workspace.

After

What the pilot agents are telling us.

  • Listing descriptions go from a 60-minute task to a 10-minute review — the draft is there, the agent edits to their voice.

  • Pipeline lives in one place that doesn't charge per feature. Adding a contact or moving a deal is friction-free.

  • Daily admin (mileage, follow-ups, vendor lookup) is one click from wherever the agent is — not a separate tool, not a separate login.

  • Content drafts accumulate in a library the agent owns — over time, the system gets better at sounding like them, not like a generic AI.

  • The "agent stays the publisher" architecture means no exposure to AI doing something on the agent's behalf — they decide every outbound, on their own platform.

Human-in-the-loop

The agent stays the publisher of every word that leaves the workspace.

Decision thread
AgentOperator
  1. Agent says:
Drafted a follow-up to the buyer who toured 412 Maplewood — 'just checking in' tone.
  2. Operator says:
Too generic. Tie it to the specific listing they walked.
  3. Agent says:
Revised. Opens with the Maplewood walk, mentions the second-bedroom note they made on-site.
  4. Operator says:
Better. Close with a question, not a 'let me know.'
  5. Agent says:
Replaced the close with: "Want me to set up a second walk-through this weekend?"
  6. Operator says:
    Approve.
  7. System says:
Copied to clipboard. Sent by the agent from their own inbox — never by the system.
