§ 1
Acceptance
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for it. This site and its free tools are informational; if you become a paying client, your hosted platform is governed by a separate subscription agreement, not these terms.
§ 2
Acceptable use
Please don't use the site to break the law or help anyone break it; interfere with, overload, probe, or disrupt the site or the systems behind it; try to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data; scrape or bulk-extract the site beyond ordinary browsing; introduce malware; or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. You're responsible for everything you do on the site.
§ 3
The website-assessment tool
When you submit a website address to our free assessment tool, you confirm you own that website or are otherwise authorized to request a review of it. The tool reads only publicly accessible pages — the same ones any visitor or search engine can reach — and never logs in or accesses private areas. The results are an automated estimate produced by software, provided as is for your information only: they are not a professional audit, a certification, or a guarantee, and they can vary, be incomplete, or be out of date. Don't use the tool to harm, overload, or competitively probe a website you don't own or aren't authorized to assess. If you add your email, we use it only to send your report and follow up about working together.
§ 4
Who owns what
The site, the assessment tool, the software behind it, and the report format and layout are owned by SPAO Systems or its licensors. The assessment result we generate about your own website is yours to keep and use. Everything else — the site, the tool, and the report format itself — remains ours. Please don't copy, reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing product from the site or the tool.
§ 5
No warranty
The site and the assessment tool are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any assessment result will be accurate or complete.
§ 6
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SPAO Systems won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site or the assessment tool. Because the site and the tool are free, our total liability for any claim related to them will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.
§ 7
No professional or legal advice
Nothing on this site, and no assessment result, is legal, accounting, tax, financial, real-estate, medical, or other professional advice, and nothing here creates a professional-client relationship. The assessment is informational software output for your own review and judgment. We don't perform regulated activities and don't represent that any result satisfies a specific compliance requirement.
§ 8
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; we'll revise the "last updated" date when we do, and your continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the courts located in Virginia have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the site or these terms.
